What If My Travel Dates are unavailable?
In the event that we are sold out, our sister hotel, O.Henry Hotel is just 1 mile down the road. Their amenities include afternoon tea every day in the social lobby, complimentary breakfast and fine dining at Green Valley Grill. Learn more.
Does Proximity hotel have a spa?
We do not have a full-service spa on-site, however, we have many massage and bath amenities that can make you feel like you are at your own private spa.

What time is check-in?
Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm.
What is the minimum age required to check-in?
To check-in, the guest must be the age of 21 and provide valid identification.
What time is check-out?
Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Is there an option for an early check-in?
You can contact the hotel for an early check-in, the option is based on availability.
Is there an option for a late check-out?
We can offer a complimentary late check-out of 2:00 pm based on availability.
Payment
When do I need to pay for the accommodation?
A method of payment must be provided upon check-in, any outstanding balance is made when you check-out.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other major credit cards. Debit cards are accept and authorized for room, tax, and incidentals. Incidentals are released upon check-out but may take up to 5 to 7 business days for your bank to release the funds.
Does Proximity Hotel have Luggage Storage?
Yes, we are able to storage your luggage, complimentary, at any time.
Policies
What is the cancellation policy?
Non-prepaid bookings have the option to cancel by 6:00 pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes for Advanced Purchase bookings are not permitted due to a full, non-refundable deposit taken at the time of the booking.
IS Proximity Hotel Pet or dog Friendly?
While we know how fun traveling with your best friend is, we do not allow dogs or other pets at Proximity Hotel with the exception of service animals.
What is the smoking POLICY?
The Proximity Hotel is smoke-free, we look to provide our guest with a smoke-free environment. One is 75 feet to your left as you exit the revolving door off the lobby and the other is about the same distance from the Print Works Bistro entrance near the creek.

Do Proximity hotel rooms have bathtubs or walk-in showers?
In each room is a tub with a Terrazzo shower. The accessible rooms offer shower/tub combo or a roll-in shower. Our Loft King Spa has a walk-in glass walled Terrazzo shower with a separate soaking tub. Please visit https://www.proximityhotel.com/rooms/ for our many different room types.

How much is parking at the hotel?
Parking is complimentary with reserved accessible parking and low emission vehicle parking. Valet parking is available.
Can I rent a car at the hotel or nearby?

Do you have car charging available at Proximity Hotel?
We do not have car charging or EV parking available at Proximity Hotel.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi?
High-Speed Wi-Fi is complimentary. We also offer premium Wi-Fi available for a fee per day.
Is there an indoor/outdoor swimming pool?
Proximity Hotel does have a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
Are there restaurants at the hotel?
Our sister restaurant, Print Works Bistro is connected to the hotel and features classical and modern versions of French bistro dishes created with locally sourced food. See the menu!
We also have two sister restaurants, Green Valley Grill (European and Mediterranean) and Lucky 32 Southern Kitchen (Upscale Southern), just 2 minutes away.

We do have a 24-hour a day Fitness Studio on property. The nearest gym, O2 Fitness, is located in the Friendly Shopping Center.
