What time is check-in?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm.

Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Is there an option for an early check-in?

You can contact the hotel for an early check-in, the option is based on availability.

Is there an option for a late check-out?

We can offer a complimentary late check-out of 2:00 pm based on availability.

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-prepaid bookings have the option to cancel by 6:00 pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes for Advanced Purchase bookings are not permitted due to a full, non-refundable deposit taken at the time of the booking.

How long is a representative at the front desk?

There is a Guest Service Representative available 24 hours a day.

What is the minimum age required to check-in?

To check-in, the guest must be the age of 21 and provide valid identification.

When do I need to pay for the accommodation?

A method of payment must be provided upon check-in, any outstanding balance is made when you check-out.

Can I pay by credit or debit card?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and any other major credit cards. Debit cards are accept and authorized for room, tax, and incidentals. Incidentals are released upon check-out but may take up to 5 to 7 business days for your bank to release the funds.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, we are able to storage your luggage, complimentary, at any time.

Is complimentary breakfast included in my stay?

Complimentary breakfast is not included but brunch is served at the Print Works Bistro.

How many floors does the hotel have?

The hotel has eight floors.

Is the hotel smoke-free?

Yes, our hotel is smoke-free, we look to provide our guest with a smoke-free environment.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

No, our hotel is not pet friendly with the exception of service animals.

Does the hotel have accessible rooms?

Our hotel offers accessible rooms with either a king bed or two queen beds.

Do the hotel rooms have bathtubs or walk-in showers?

In each room is a tub with a Terrazzo shower. The accessible rooms offer shower/tub combo or a roll-in shower. Our Loft King Spa has a walk-in glass walled Terrazzo shower with a separate soaking tub. Please visit for our many different room types.

Are there restaurants on the property?

Our sister restaurant, Print Works Bistro, is connect to the hotel.

How much is parking at the hotel?

Parking is complimentary.

Is transportation provided?

Airport transportation is provided complimentary. There is a fee for any transportation in a 6 miles radius. (Please contact the hotel for additional details.)

Standard Wi-Fi is complimentary; our high-speed Wi-Fi is available for a fee per day.

Are there dining and shopping in walking distance?

Yes, Friendly Shopping Center, open-air dining and shopping, is 0.8 miles away. . We also offer transportation to and from, in our livery vehicles, for a small fee. Shops include local boutique, high end jewelry stores, and department stores such as Macy’s and Belk’s. Please visit for a list of stores.

Where is the nearest gym located?

We do have a 24-hour a day Fitness Studio on property. The nearest gym, O2 Fitness, is located in the Friendly Shopping Center.

Are there any outdoor walking trails?

There is a wonderful trail a short distance from the hotel. Most areas of the trail are in the Greenway.

Is there an indoor/outdoor swimming pool?

Our hotel does have an outdoor swimming pool, open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
