This is not a bridal show with endless rows of booths. In fact, it is far from it! Bring your mom, maid of honor or best friend to get advice from the area’s best vendors. Whether you are just starting your planning process or are in the final weeks left to plan, we will reduce your stress level while giving you valuable information. Take advantage of our wedding specialists’ knowledge and join us for a weekend of good food, panel discussions, and relaxation! Our Bridal Symposium includes: Saturday 6 PM: Welcome reception with wine and hors d'oeuvres in the Pavilion & Cloister Garden Sunday 8 AM: Pilates class for overnight guests 9-11 AM: Drop-in Breakfast for overnight guests 11:30 AM: Registration 12 Noon: Seminar with three-course lunch, including a wedding cake tasting 2:45 PM: Afternoon tea with displays by vendors 3 PM: Tours of O.Henry & Proximity Hotels 4:30 PM: Concludes with gift bags We'll have wonderful hors d'oeuvres Saturday evening and delightful tea treats Sunday after the panel discussions. but here is our delectable small plates lunch menu during the panel discussions: Pamper yourself and a guest to an entirely stress-free weekend! Full registration for two includes the Saturday welcome reception, a relaxing night in one of our gracious guest rooms, a rejuvenating morning Pilates class, a full, hot breakfast buffet for two, and the afternoon symposium.
